Devonport i-site Visitor Centre

Devonport wharf, North Shore City, Auckland
Devonport, Auckland
The Visitor Centre here at perpetually fashionable yet exclusive Devonport is right on the Wharf where most visitors alight the Ferry crossing.
A pleasant 15 minute trip from Queens Wharf, Auckland.

From there, most of Devonport's attractions can be reached on foot. See 'nearby attractions' for directions to some immaculate examples of a range of New Zealand architecture.

The Visitor Centre has pamphlets on 'The Old Devonport Walk', which takes in Mount Victoria, North Shore Literary Walks which take in places where the many North Shore writers lived, and the North Head self-guided walk.

There are a number of bed and breakfast places you can stay at.
